Water Aerobics – Low Impact
Monday & Wednesday 9:00 – 10:00 am

A low-impact yet challenging workout for all abilities. Exercises are performed in waist to chest-deep water. This class is an excellent combination of strength and cardio training.

 

Water Aerobics – Strength & Endurance
Friday 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

A high energy workout for all abilities. Exercises are performed in waist to chest-deep water. No swimming experience required. Instructor guides students through a series of dynamic motions in the water to improve strength and endurance, as well as balance and core stability.
