A low-impact yet challenging workout for all abilities. Exercises are performed in waist to chest-deep water. This class is an excellent combination of strength and cardio training.

Tuesday & Thursday 11:00 am – 11:45 am
This class is for participants of all ages and mobility level. The class is tailored for those coping with Multiple Sclerosis or Arthritis. No swimming experience required. Instructor guides students through a series of controlled motions in the water with the goal of improving posture, balance and core stability. Drop in fees app
